So I just watched a Howcast on Hulu on "How to Practice Positive Thinking," (and yes, this is the type of stuff I do late at night), and it recommended that each day I write down five things for which I am grateful. I'm going to try to do so (why not?), and so I figured I might as well make it a part of this blog. Anyway, I'm starting with the obvious:
-Good health
-Loving, supportive parents
-Fabulous friends
-A bed to sleep in at night
-Enough food so that I am never hungry
Yay!

amen. It reminds me to be grateful for what is easily taken for granted, but not guaranteed; thanks!!! I definitely need to start doing this before going to S.A.
