So apparently here there’s no “pick up after your dog” law, or if there is, it isn’t enforced, because I’ve noticed that there’s lots of poo on the sidewalks and you really have to be attentive to not step in any. Granted, it could be from strays, but I haven’t seen a single stray dog since I’ve been here, whereas I’ve definitely seen people with dogs on a leash… Alas, cultural differences! :)
