So on Sunday I went with Laura and her friend to
Alcalá de Henares to visit
el Mercado del Quijote. It was really great -- there were so many vendors! Lots of food and
artesanias. And the weather was fabulous! I didn’t take any photos because I hate looking like a tourist, and with the advent of the Internet, it’s easy to just use Google Images. Ta-dah:
It was incredibly crowded, but I guess that added to the atmosphere. (Actually, I just looked it up and apparently there were over 200,000 visitors!)
There were so many booths with tons of interesting things to look at. I didn't buy anything, because I'm kind of poor, but overall, it was nice nonetheless, and truly exciting! :D
